AML Communications & Training Manager recruitment

The AML Communications and Group Wide Learning team are responsible for raising awareness and understanding of AML/STF risks and risk management through the design and distribution of communications and training materials. These communications and training materials form part of the Group’s framework to prevent it from becoming involved in money laundering and or terrorist financing activities. 

The team is responsible for creation and maintenance of materials with regard to AML/STF. These range from; E-learning, PowerPoint and Communications at a Group and Divisional level.

You will be responsible for creating new materials, updating existing materials, arranging translations of materials, and ensuring all materials are stored and can be readily accessed. This will also involve managing relationships with external content providers used by RBS to create and maintain AML/STF content and ensuring that all materials are robustly tested in each Division and country before being rolled out.
