AML Compliance AVP/VP-Highly Reputable Private Bank – Regional Exposure – Excellent Career Progression recruitment
This is a newly created role as a result of the bank’s Asia Expansion plan. You will join a friendly environment and enjoy excellent guidance from the management team.
You will be responsible for mapping up the Group Control and manage compliance risk including Cross Border Activities, Investment Suitability, US person compliance and the overall conduct of a business relationship. You will be responsible for performing the controls and maintenance of the control plan tools. You will also be engaged in the business and Support functions and all stakeholders where necessary to perform controls. You should identify systemic risk within the business through the controls performed and agree actions plans and the monitoring of the execution of such plan.
Desired Candidates:
• Above 5 years of wealth management compliance experience.
• Legal or Audit background will be highly preferred
• Good knowledge of PB Products Services
• Excellent Communication Skills both in Written and Speaking
