AML Compliance Manager – Top-Tier Insurance Player recruitment
Our client is a global insurance player with an established business in the region. They are looking for a capable AML expert to join their dynamic team
The Role
Reporting to the Compliance Director, you will be fully responsible for:
• Ensuring effective internal control on AML is properly put in place
• Implementing and updating AML policy and procedures for the business
• Providing training to agents and business staff to promote compliance awareness across the organization
• Ensuring proper documentation and reporting for the disclosure of suspicious transactions
• Preparing regular AML reports for the local and regional business unit teams
• Participating in ad-hoc AML projects
The Successful Applicant
You will be a University Graduate holding a degree in law and/or economics preferred with at least 4-5 years’ experience gained within a financial services compliance function. You will possess sound knowledge of AML transaction monitoring and have strong communication, analytical and leadership skills. Candidates from Banking and Law Enforcement Bodies will also be considered. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken is essential.
