AML Compliance Manager Jobs, Singapore
Having expanded the compliance team in the last 3 years, they are looking to continue reinforcing their structure in Singapore. As such, they are currently looking for an experienced AML/ CTF compliance specialist to cover the business activities in the Asia region.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working with the AsiaAML/ CTF Team and local MLROs to implement regional and country specific initiatives
- Administering and implementing established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company principles as well as local regulatory requirements
- Providing sound advice on AML regulatory requirements to all of the business groups in the Asia region
- Providing guidance to the on- boarding teams
- Assisting with general compliance projects that arise from compliance oversight activities
- Conducting AML/ CTF training for all business groups
- Assisting the local MLROs with any suspicious transaction/ activity investigations

- Minimum of 5 years AML/ CTF experience
- Willingness to take on a diverse product range

- Commercial astuteness
- Ability to work independently
