Robert Half is representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within AML KYC Account Opening, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. There is a definite chance at the end of the contract for the role to go permanent too.
The Role
Robert Half are representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within Trade Finance, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role covers all aspects of operations back-office recruitment relating to AML/ KYC. Previous Operations experience is essential for this role, as well been able to start asap i.e. immediately, or on a 1- week notice period. Area of Responsibility · Managing the day to day escalations and operations related to Account Opening (personal and non personal), Deliverables and FCRM .Deceased cases,· Review PAC notes and write new notes for the processes relating to the team· Workflow management for the vendor units (outflow) different branches (inflow) · Having various SLA related calls with all the external and internal vendors· Understand the different bank products its impact on the operations processing unit its vendors. · Monitoring and reviewing queries/complaints through system (FCRM Staffware etc) for physical letters / queries received from customers / branches etc without any errors.· Ascertain the activities which can be outsourced and ensure smooth transition of the activities. · SOX audit report Timely completion of SOX walkthroughs attestation· Documentation testing of BCP plan· Understand the work process priorities ensure to follow the same seamlessly for self and team· Adhoc processing. · Undertaking assignments other than above based on organization requirement
Salary Benefits
