AML Manager
You will focus on compliance with standards procedures across: centres of excellence; other UK and International hubs; AML technologies which support these processes and colleagues to detect and combat Financial Crime.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and undertake a portfolio of specialist first line of defence AML monitoring reviews across UK and International business units which are complex in terms of scale, scope, and stakeholder management.
- Support stakeholder relationships across the Group at senior management and executive level to influence change, share best practice, provide guidance in order to improve the overall control framework.
- Managing, developing, coaching motivating colleagues to create high performing teams to deliver business objectives.
- Deliver monitoring reports on a timely basis which deliver independent opinions on the state of compliance to payment standards and to monitor the closure of actions which improve the control framework.
- Support the ownership and maintenance of the monitoring methodology.
Skills and experience
- It is essential for the successful candidate to hold a recognised qualification in AML at Certificate/Diploma Level (minimum)
