AML Project Manager / Workstream Lead

A large investment bank in the City of London is looking to recruit a Senior Business Project Manager / Workstream Lead to work on an AML Transaction Monitoring programme.

The work will focus on enhancements to the Group's existing Actimize installation as well as developing requirements for an upgrade.

The role is located within the Central Group AML Change Programme and liaise with individual change teams to coordinate the development of divisional requirements.

The purpose of the role is to:
Drive and coordinate the development of business requirements across the business divisions to enhance manual and automated AML transaction monitoring.
Liaising with technology and operations partners to ensure consolidated plans are developed.

Your duties will include:
Developing consolidated group wide project plans
Liaison with divisional workstream leads
Driving implementation of the developed plans
Produce regular project reporting to the Change Programme PMO

Required Knowledge / Experience:
Knowledge of systems, processes and legislation encompassing AML Transaction Monitoring.
Highly skilled in senior stakeholder management
Drive and coordinate projects across complex organisations, managing across a matrix
Experience working large scale software upgrades would be ideal
