The Anti Money Laundering (AML) function is responsible for the provision of reactive and proactive advice to staff on all aspects of AML and is accountable for globally formulated AML policies and sanctions. We seek to protect the bank from the threat of money launderers and terrorist financiers.

As AML Senior Test Manager, you'll be responsible for setting testing strategy at divisional and / or programme / project level and delivering a business testing service to Programme and Senior Change Managers within the Group. You'll have extensive contact with a diverse range of business and technology functions, both within and outside of the Group. And you'll provide effective stakeholder management and ensure appropriate levels of stakeholder engagement, as well as representing your area at appropriate governance forums providing specialist knowledge and support.

To be successful as an AML Senior Test Manager, you'll have comprehensive knowledge of operations products and process management, and detailed practical experience of the management of test stage design and execution, including user acceptance testing. You'll have proven experience of managing testing resources across multiple, concurrent projects and an excellent understanding of all levels of testing, and experience of the practical and pragmatic application of strategic testing principles.
