An internationally recognised hedge fund is now seeking ambitious and academically bright computer science graduates with 1 – 3 years commercial experience in software development for a junior trader recruitment
Our client is keen to train and develop the candidate to work as a junior trader in the firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious software developer to gain a foothold in the dynamic fund industry.
This is an extremely dynamic role that requires the candidate to learn about trading, deploying the candidate’s knowledge in computer science to develop trading strategies, working closely with prime brokers and investment bank analysts.
Requirements
Strong academic background in a numerical subject with 2-3 years working experience
- Experience working in a front office software development (C++, Java or C#) role working closely with the traders
- Look for unique automated trading opportunities in Asia to drive our trading revenue
Experience in Econometric, Time Series Analysis and Signal Processing, - Prior experience in using SAS, S, R, Matlab, Splus, SPSS
