Analyst 1 or 2 – M&A Corporate Finance recruitment
A leading boutique investment bank are looking to hire 2 Analysts into their corporate finance MA team in Frankfurt. The focus is MA and LBO cross border transactions throughout Europe and the US. A strong pipeline and significant client exposure makes this an appealing position for someone looking to build a career in corporate finance.
The main focus of the bank is sell-side MA advisory to a strong network of private equity funds, as well as corporate clients, across Germany, Nordics, France, UK and Southern Europe. The banks focus is cross-border transactions and they provide a collegiate working environment and entrepreneurial environment.

Candidates will have the following attributes:
- A high degree from a good school with preferably an MSc
- Some relevant internships
- Fluent in German and English
- Understanding on Excel (DCF, LBO)
