Analyst - Summer Intern

In this role, the Analyst - Summer Intern will: Perform research as assigned Gather and validate corporate real estate portfolio data Perform multi-variable analyses Assist in development of presentations to management Assist in the identification of optimization opportunities Qualifications Education: Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Real Estate Finance preferred Required: Demonstrated experience in data gathering and analyses High degree of proficiency with MS Excel Demonstrated skills in translation of large complex data sets into easily understood presentations High degree of interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in corporate real estate finance Understanding of real estate terminology Preferred: Demonstrated experience with advanced analytical / visualization tools Our employees are the key to our company's success.
