Job Description:
Junior Supervisor for CIB (Corporate Investment Banking) Americas Supervision Team assisting in the review of various supervisory reports, development of MIS, email review and perform ad hoc requests.
A successful candidate will:
· Support Senior Supervisor as described above
· Review of electronic communications
· Review supervisory reports and trading activity to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and firm policies (same as above)
· Provide weekly email review statistics
· Perform ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- FINRA Licensed required
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Be extremely diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
