That's why we're here. Job Summary: Analyst of dealer and demo lines for RPS channel. Work includes analysis of costs and spending trends, program enhancement, and transactional functions to support dealer lines, demo lines, audits and expense management. Drive program execution and process improvement as it relates to dealer line offers, employee demo lines and in-store live demo programs. Program support of new offers or initiatives, including SOC creation, intake processes and program communications Transactional support to process new lines of service (activation, migration or deactivation) Analysis of demo phone spending trends, error resolution and cost coding for field expenses Auditing of active lines at dealer locations and in-store activity Analyze existing offers and line activity to reduce fraud, spend control and identify process efficiencies Provide sales analysis of ROI in relationship to door PSA and active number of dealer lines
