Analyst 2 or 3 – Corporate Finance – US Investment Bank recruitment
A leading investment bank with offices located throughout the world are looking for an Analyst 2 or 3 to join their corporate finance team based in London. The team focus on MA, Capital Markets and Restructuring transactions across a variety of different sectors such as Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer / Retail and Metals Mining.
The team is currently made up of 90+ bankers in London and have completed deals valued upwards of $4b over the last 12 months. They work with a network of Multinational Companies, Private Equity Funds and Sovereign Wealth Funds throughout EMEA.
Differentiators:
- Analyst and Associate pool of 12 bankers are currently mandated on 8 live executions
- Winning repeat business
- Small pitchbooks as their execution is their marketing
- Large-cap cross-border deals - opportunity to travel to US, Asia and Middle East to meet clients
- Small deal teams usually made up of 4 bankers
- Employees see full deal cycle from meeting the management team through to SPA negotiations
- Good structure (not top heavy) so candidates can see a clear route through to MD
Requirements:
- Candidates with have 1+ year of experience from a bulge bracket bank or leading boutique
- Candidates with have good awareness of financial modeling skills such as DCF and LBO analysis
- Candidates will be client-facing and will enjoy the challenge of working directly with clients and senior management
- Candidates will be top ranked
