The Analyst II, Sales Operations Services on the Information Services team will focus on outbound communications to all sales channels. This person will take knowledge from working with cross-functional partners and the field to suggest and implement improvements to the way we support frontline communications.
The Analyst 2, Sales Operations Services is accountable for maintaining a high level of customer service and driving continuous process improvement on an ongoing basis.
Job Responsibilities:
* Review communication requests and provide publishing recommendations.
* Track communication requests.
* Serve as resource for processing daily emails and related questions via email, phone calls and email boxes.
* Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
* Position requires ability to be extremely flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Provide feedback on ways to improve processes to support frontline communications.
* Provide analysis to drive business improvements.
* Able to develop complex models and analysis to support business issues.
* Energetic with a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
* Demonstrates high level of initiative and confidence.
* Demonstrated skills in effective verbal and written communications; including active listening skills and skill in drafting and presenting issues, observations, and recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with high attention to detail and require little supervision while being able to meet multiple deadlines.

Requirements:
* Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook
* Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional team skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details
* Strong knowledge and proven work experience with retail store operations
* Excellent organization skills required with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and service level requirements.
Education and experience:
* 3+ years retail experience
* Bachelor's degree from 4 year College/University preferred
