Analyst
Corporate origination within Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions (CMTS) is a client coverage and execution team focused on investment grade companies including some of the world’s largest. Within origination, we have two teams focusing on the Industrial and Media Telecom sectors.
Corporate origination designs and delivers customized capital raising, capital structure, and strategic risk management solutions to clients by working with our product partners in new issue syndicate, sales, trading, structuring, derivatives, foreign exchange, commodities, liability management, GTB and investment banking.
Role
Analysts in corporate origination have responsibilities including:
Monitoring markets, analyzing client financial statements, and interpreting relevant data for our clients
Assisting the team prepare materials used for pitching financing and risk management transactions, client meetings, updates and conference calls
Assisting the team in transaction structuring and execution
Working with colleagues throughout the bank to help identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, hard-working individual with attention to detail, quantitative aptitude and effective presentation skills
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or business majors preferred and interest in finance
Demonstrated track record of success
Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
