Analyst 3 – M&A recruitment
The client is a busy, expanding Corporate Finance boutique with approximately forty people.
Business is brisk in the mid-market growth sectors where structural and cyclical factors aren't having the same impact and you could expect a strong dealflow here.
They are an independent advisor focused on generalist deals - local and cross border.
You will need to be a well-trained, well-educated MA Analyst with some good pitching/execution experience and a desire to join a boutique.
As an Analyst with a boutique you can expect to enjoy good exposure to clients and - in general - greater responsibility and variety in your daily work. Your workload would be manageable perhaps than with a larger bank and you could expect - with some certainty - to be engaged on execution rather than pitching.
This is a successful, tight-knit, happy ship and they want a pleasant, driven, capable Analyst to join them.
