Analyst 3 M&A TMT recruitment
My client is a very strong mid-market MA TMT boutique. They have just completed a very busy couple of months and started to look for an Analyst 3 to join the team in Q1.
The pipeline is now ready to go for next year and there is a need for another Analyst 3 to join them. Most of their deals are in the TMT Media and Online sector in the mid-market space. Most clients are based in UK, but some marketing will be done outside of Europe.
Applicants must have 3 years of investment banking experience in a London MA team and have:
- At least 1 year experience in the TMT sector
- Strong understanding of the London investment community
- The self confidence to be involved in business development activities to initiate and maintain contact with target companies and sustain relationships
- Knowledge of London professional market
- Permit to work in the UK
- Strong interest and knowledge about the TMT media sector
- Other requirements include a strong academic background, business acumen and desire to take on responsibility
Responsibilities will include:
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Assisting in the process of delivering high quality client service
- Contribution to marketing and business development opportunities
- The drafting and appraisal of business plans, information memoranda and spreadsheet based financial models
- The role often involves working to tight deadlines and working on highly sensitive projects
