Analyst
Role: Analyst - Debt Advisory Restructuring (f/m)
Location: Frankfurt am Main area
Our client is a renowned independent investment banking boutique who are currently looking for an Analyst for the Debt Advisory Restructuring Team.
Responsibilities
- Participation of Restructuring and Financing projects (Equity und Debt) as well as MA-transactions
- Support the development of Restructuring concepts
- Implementation of organisation analyses (sector, financial and assets position and, profits)
- Business valuation (Comparable Companies, Transactions, LBO Analyses, DCF)
- Transaction Support (Cash Flow Modelling, Marketing presentation design, Research reports, Information Memoranda, Management presentations)
- Organisation and coordination of projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Mathematics
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance
- Good knowledge of accounting, balance sheet analysis and business valuation
- Experience with complex structuring of capital structuring is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers
- A well-developed knowledge of financial Modelling
- MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, success driven, flexible and a self confident team player with strong communication skills.
- Language skills in German (at a native speaker level) and proficiency in English. A third language would be a plus.
