Analyst

My client, a leading financial services organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to join a small team working within FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act).

The role will be instrumental in managing the delivery of the solution from design through to implementation. It will particularly be focusing on the delivery of the Analytics and MI aspects.

Collaborative and proactive stakeholder engagement is a key feature of the role.

You will:
Lead regular cross divisional interfaces to manage activity in delivering the objectives·
Produce documentation both as an output from meetings, but also as input documentation for Divisional reviews ·
Undertake regular lessons learned feedback sessions ensuring that the output is considered by the FATCA central team management team for implementation·
Identify, manage mitigate risks and issues within the workstream·
Build and manage effective relationships with internal stakeholders·
Ensure customer impact is minimised and the workstream adheres to the Treating Customers Fairly principles· 
Ensure the workstream operates in a way that adheres to our policy framework e.g. meet the principles of conduct risk

Requirements:
Teradata experience is preferred, although not essential. Data Warehousing would also be advantageous.
Proven track record of working in a project environment and usage of Prince 2 or similar methodology· Previous knowledge and experience in delivering workstreams within a programme, particularly where this involved close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders both at a Divisional and Group Function level would be beneficial·
Proven experience of working on global and/or cross divisional programme would be beneficial

This is an initial 6 month contract and will pay £225 per day.
