Description

The Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) Team is responsible for the origination, execution, distribution and monitoring of corporate financings, acquisition finance for corporate take-overs, leveraged financings for private-equity backed leveraged buy-outs and infrastructure financings. The CLF Team is responsible for transaction in UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Nordic Regions and USA.

As a Junior Analyst, you will be a member of a dynamic and transaction-oriented origination team, led by experienced bankers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in the analysis, including financial modelling of a wide range of potential financing opportunities and monitoring of existing and new transactions. The role will progressively include exposure to clients (large corporate/PE funds) based on performance.

Profile

Ideally you have completed your studies in a financial, quantitative scientific or economics degree and would have gain 1-2 years experience in similar position in investment banking/private equity/debt fund, transaction services, acquisition finance, credit or debt origination. You should be highly competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and fluent/mother tongue in English (preferred nationalities in line with our core geographies: UK, Ireland, US, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, The Netherlands).

Application
