Sitting within Equity Derivative Documentation, the Language Query team is responsible for reviewing and resolving language discrepancies for equity confirmations.
Your structured equity derivatives knowledge will include structured single stock/index swaps, exotic share/index basket options swaps, structured options and structured equity swaps for example.
Candidates will be highly experienced in drafting and negotiating bespoke Master Confirmation agreements with extensive exposure to traders, marketers, inter office, legal counsel and clients. In addition, it is essential for candidates to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ISDA terms and application.
