Analyst Advisor Medicare Product Innovation
The Analyst Advisor Medicare will be responsible for data extraction, modeling and analyses to develop and support Medicare product innovation with health plan and employer group clients. This position will will develop strategic recommendations for program roll-outs and evolutions based on data and financial analysis. This person will have a high degree of individual responsibility and will be expected to become the data expert, develop analysis independently and drive analysis to strategic recommendations. In addition to supporting the development and commercialization of new products, this position will also support the ongoing execution and improvement of direct to consumer product management programs such as retail to mail . BS/BA Degree. MBA desirable * Minimum 9+ years experience in data extraction (SQL/SAS), analysis and modeling. * Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with significant relevant experience. * Advanced skill with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint. * Ability to clearly communicate analytical needs and results. Must have ability and experience in identifying implications of the analyses, determining impact on strategy and recommending a course of action. * Understanding of PBM economic drivers (costs, profitability drivers, industry dynamics) preferred. * Understanding of Medicare drug plans preferred. * Experience with designing and analyzing direct to consumer marketing/mail programs strongly preferred.
