Analyst and Associate, European Infrastructure Investor recruitment
This long established, highly successful infrastructure investor manages significant assets within Europe. They have invested in over 50 deals, including toll roads, ports, PPP and PFI, education, airports and other mainstream assets.
They are now looking to add two professionals to their team who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the funds. The roles will focus on the EMEA region.
The first role, the analyst, will work on financial modelling, due diligence, valuations, market and target analysis and have full involvement in all aspects of the deam making process.
The Associate will have more responsibility for the project management of key parts of deals, and play an active part in deal negotiation, laision with bankers and advisors and management.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
Analyst
Candidates will work as 2nd or 3rd year analysts with the leading investment banks. You will work in MA, leveraged finance or financial sponsors and have great financial modelling skills.
Infrastructure experience is not essential for this role.
Associate
Candidates will have between 4 - 6 years experience. This will be from another infrastructure fund, or the MA team of a major bank. You must have great deal experience.
For this role, you will have worked on transport, infrastructure, oil and gas, or similar deals.
We will also consider candidates from project finance if suitable.
