Analyst asset management – Intern recruitment
Description
Axa Real Estate France Asset Management Department à Team of around 22 persons, in charge of managing and developing French buildings portfolio for AXA and third part clients: offices, residential, retail, hotel, warehouses.
- Reporting to the asset managers in charge of the OPCI(s), your main responsibilities will be the following:
The candidate will assist the asset manager in the daily tasks and will work on the update and improvement of management and performance management tools.
- Decompose the asset management requirements into functional specification documentation
- Provide portfolio analysis;
- Monitor real estate cash flows
- Organizing, aggregating, and analyzing financial data’s (office, residential and hotel)
- Support the production of investors reports, valuation board reports
- And more generally helping for all asset management tasks.
- What sort of profile are we looking for?
- Currently undertaking final year of finance/real estate Master's degree
- Knowledge about hotel industry is a strong advantage
- Especially good skills in financial area with a real estate orientation.(cash flow)
- High proficiency in MS Office especially with Excel (macro) and PowerPoint is
necessary
- Detail oriented, analytical mind, team player and ability to take initiative
- Adaptability, flexibility, creative and curious mind
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English
- Some experiences in real estate area would be great to be operational quickly
