Analyst / Associate, Corporate Advisory recruitment
- Financial modeling, particularly for DCF and LBO transactions.
- Sector and client research, particularly in terms of market and company comparable analysis.
- Preparation and presentation of information memoranda, pitch books, presentations, prospectuses, fairness opinions (including valuation) and other forms of reports – performed under the supervision of Directors.
- Assist Directors / Associate Directors in structuring transactions.
- Collect, review and analyse financial and other information from multiple market data sources including Bloomberg, Factset and Thomson Reuters.
- Carry out due diligence under the supervision of Directors / Associate Directors.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors/Masters/CPA degree from a good university and grades placing him / her in the top 10 percentile. Existing experience in investment banking / appropriate industry sector is essential.
