Analyst/ Associate, Corporate Finance
As an entry level professional joining our Corporate Finance team, the candidate will have the opportunity to involve in all aspects of financial advisory and transaction execution for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of initial public offerings (IPOs) and corporate finance transactions;
- Assist in planning and execution of due diligence;
- Conduct industry and company research and analysis; perform financial analysis and corporate valuation; develop financial models;
- Assist in deal origination including the preparation of pitchbooks, presentation materials and proposals;
- Assist in project management including coordination with all working groups and professional parties as well as regulatory authorities for IPOs and other corporate finance transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or MBA holders in Business, Finance or Economics from reputable universities with outstanding academic records;
- Qualification such as CFA and CPA will be favourably considered;
- Minimum one to three years of relevant experience in corporate finance or investment banking;
- Good knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes and relevant rules and regulations;
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills (i.e. financial modeling and data analysis);
- Team player with good problem solving and strong communication skills who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
