Analyst / Associate Project Finance Advisory
Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the preparation of pitches to clients
• Carrying out associated market and sector research
• Analyse the characteristics and requirements of transactions
• Develop comprehensive financial model for sponsors and funders
• Analyse sources of finance to develop optimum financing mix for projects
• Assist in the preparation of information memoranda for presentation to lenders
• Analyse on project and finance documentation
• Assist in the due diligence process and negotiations with project funders

This is an excellent opportunity for an Analyst / Associate Project Finance Advisory to join this Market leading Corporate Bank based in the City of London.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong exposure to Project Finance transactions from an advisory perspective.
• Exposure to PF from either a Bank, Project Sponsor or Advisor.
• Strong financial modelling (excel) skills and able to create a model from scratch.
• Fluency in either European, African or Arabic languages would be an advantage
