    Role Summary/Purpose
    This role involves set up and maintainance of Treasury-Cash Management Bank Infrastructures for GE in the Americas Africa and managment of key projects for the Bank Management COE group.

    Essential Responsibilities

  • Support Treasury Americas in all cash management related activities and projects with network banking partners
  • Analyze proposals as part of process in selecting banks for various countries / regions / products
  • Run complete process for the Voice of Customer (VOC) Survey and analysis for the Bank Scorecard
  • Create/Analyze quarterly dashboards/trackers on GE’s Network Banks, Balance Reporting, Fund Transfer and Cash Pool penetration numbers
  • Assist in proactively analyzing data for price books for GE’s Network banks in the region
  • Support any Businesses/Consultants’ needs for cash management in the Americas on ad-hoc basis
  • Utilize available in-house technology to develop "best practices"
  • Maintain bank documentation in Libraries (internal Portal)
  • Assist in creating regional/country structures to optimize liquidity management across the Company
  • Growth opportunity includes eventual take-over some smaller bank relationships
  • Assist on ad-hoc basis for any Policy Exception Work Flow

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related and minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking / Corporate Treasury environment
  • Proven success working on large scale projects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking products
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Power Point and MS Access)
