Analyst, Business Development, Europe recruitment
Working directly with the Executive Director in a small team your role as an Analyst is to educate the European institutional investor market on infrastructure investments.
You will also be involved in capital raising initiatives in addition to managing relationships with existing investors. Investors include European and international pension funds, insurance companies, high net worth individuals, family offices and consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and monitoring prospective institutional investors
- Organising and attending investor meetings
- Preparing, editing and maintaining marketing and relevant due diligence materials
- Responding to ad-hoc investor questions
- Performing detailed financial analysis, including Interpreting financial models when appropriate
- Maintaining online investor data room containing due diligence information
- Assisting with fund closings including documentation, distribution and tracking, anti-money laundering checks and internal reporting
- Assisting with preparation of fund structuring and legal documentation
Candidate profile:
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be required to liaise with investors and senior level executives on a daily basis
- An understanding of financing, private equity, real estate and or infrastructure is essential
- Experience in client facing roles and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
