Job Title: Analyst, Client Infrastructure Information
Division: Client Infrastructure Information, Global Product Marketing
Purpose of Role:
The role provides support to EMEA users of SSgA’s sales and relationship mgmnt (CRM) platform, currently ONYX.
Our users cover multiple business functions including sales, client service, operations, finance, compliance and senior management. Accordingly, they require a central point of contact for all support, training, development and information requests.
The role involves regular contact with our colleagues and technical support team in Boston, all EMEA offices and employees across all levels of seniority.
Specific Duties:
• Responding to user queries, resolving or coordinating resolution of technical issues with our IT support team in Boston
• Providing training to new users. This will include one-to-one ‘at desk’ and conference call appointments and larger classroom sessions.
• Assisting with development testing and roll-out of new functions to users
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, where ONYX is used as the delivery and monitoring tool. This includes post-campaign analysis and production of ONYX-based metrics
• Coordinating the European User Group – chairing a monthly call, producing agenda and ensuring all follow-up items are actioned,
• Production of regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and business areas
• Key member of the project team responsible for implementing a replacement for our CRM platform
Previous Level of Experience:
Experience within the financial industry is essential and ideally within the asset management sales/client service environment. Previous experience of working with CRM platforms, databases and/or reporting tools a major benefit.
Level of Education:
IAQ or IMC would be an advantage.

MS Office
MS Access
Cognos reporting tool
CRM platforms such as ONYX, Salesforce, Siebel etc
French/German languages preferred
Personal Profile
Excellent communication presentation skills
Professional, smart appearance
Good at problem-solving
