Analyst, Client Management

The key to this role is accuracy (along with excellent MS Office skills which include Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Access) to translate data points from various reports into meaningful management reports to capture / analyse trends (displayed via tables, graphs etc.).

Primary Responsibilities/Deliverables
The candidate needs to assist in the collection of client data (revenues, broker poll results, account reviews etc.) and presentation of core material and views around CIMB’s equity client base. They include the following:
 

  1. Preparing sales call reports derived from various internal, web-based Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications including Spyder.
  2. Preparing the minutes from monthly country tiered account meetings, pre-meeting notification to relevant parties as required.
  3. Distributing meeting minutes and log documents in CRM system (Spyder).
  4. Assisting in coordinating efforts for external surveys including drafting and distributing review results, follow-up action points, client level momentum.
  5. Mapping of team coverage to client entity by Equity Sales and Research on excel templates.
  6. Maintain Equity Global Tiered and Country Tiered Groups and ensure information is reflected in the CRM system (Spyder)
  7. Presentation of this coverage mapping as client organograms and reverse-organograms (of how the Company matches the client) in Word and PowerPoint templates.
  8. Cross-checking and referencing these client maps with the Company’s own web-based CRM tools (Spyder).
  9. Creating and maintaining of group documents, e.g. Global Tiered Clients; Client Plans; Client Reviews.
  10. CIMB service to client – report and evaluate service offering to clients.
  11. Build background briefing documents (using standard templates where possible) on the Company clients from public and internal sources.
  12. Work with Operations / Middle Office / Finance functions to ensure a robust and streamlined process for Commission Sharing Agreements (CSA) – includes making/receiving payments, allocations, tracking payments.
