Roles and Responsibilities

Support Sales and Revenue Targets

• Support the Sales and Relationship Management teams by working with potential and existing clients to define a target operating model

• Support client requirements to develop business solutions and enhance operational models

• Ensure the production of documents and file notes on client and prospect meetings

Client Retention

• Review client model and growth objectives to identify solutions to drive increased operational efficiency

• Work with business partners to establish a strategy and plan for improved formal client model and solution reviews

• Work with business partners to perform and document strategic client process reviews/re-engineering in terms of operational efficiency, risk reduction, cost benefits, industry best practice

• Be able to articulate solutions to internal and external stakeholders at a senior level

Solutions Development

• Facilitate and support the implementation of client solutions

• Produce high quality client facing (internal and external) documents clearly articulating the scope and proposed solution.

• Support the production of business cases (investment appraisals) for all new solutions and ensure these are presented and approved as appropriate (both internally and externally)

• Support new business and product on-boarding processes

• Take ownership and drive change on client projects

• Be able to work as part of a global team in the coordination and support of client projects

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree majoring in business related subjects

• At least 6 to 10 years experience in an investor services industry

• Working knowledge of Custody and Funds with in-depth knowledge of Transfer Agency.

• Knowledge of Business Analysis and Business Process, able to produce detailed operating memorandum/business requirement documents.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work collaboratively across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries

• Structured and organized with a sense of business acumen

• Good time management, planning and execution skills

• Ability to work in tight timelines and work with changing priorities

• Excellent command of the English language

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
