Support Training, Quality, and Process Improvement efforts within the PA Admin team within the Clinical Operations Prior Authorizations. This role will partner with the business with the business to accomplish results by monitoring and reviewing client setups, criteria setups, and letters for accuracy and consistency. This position will be responsible for training all new PA Admin team members and providing additional training to existing team members.
