JOB DESCRIPTION
- The CMC Reports Analyst is responsible to ensure that all required CMC generated reports are accurately issued, as necessary, on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
- Ensures that relevant data for scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly reports is compiled, analyzed for accurateness and correctly distributed to Management on a timely basis.
- Analyzes trends and patterns and make recommendations on improvement process opportunities or streamlining current reports.
- Ensures that all required ad hoc requests for MOC related reports are fulfilled.
- Assists in automating and improving current and future reports.
- Liases with IT group regarding any changes required with the coding of current and future automated reports.
- Assists with the compiling and organization of data for the crew sizing meetings on a weekly basis.
- Maintenance and posting of information to the VRU and Crew Page.
- Point of contact to handle issues or changes for the CPMS system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Operations or Transportation experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technically skilled in use of Corporate operating systems/applications
- ProficientinMicrosoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Ability to cope with stress and continue to deal effectively when meeting strict timelines
- Strong communication skills
- Able to correctly and effectively compile information from difference sources, and present it in a meaningful manner.
- Able to deal with strict timelines on a continuous basis under pressure
