Analyst, Commodities Product Control recruitment
Traditionally a strong player in commodities trading across financial and physical markets; the business is adding additional headcount to the team to enable and support growth.
Personal responsibilities:
- Produce accurate PL reports and analysis
- Liaise with Front Office, Market Risk, IT, Finance and other Senior Stakeholders
- Involvement with ongoing projects and working with group project teams regarding improvement of controls and systems
Team responsibilities:
- Production and analysis of PL, including relevant reporting on Power, Gas, Emissions, Coal and Structured products
- Risk PL reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations/review
- Implementation of new products and processes
Candidate profile:
- Line Product Control experience, with strong exposure to Power AND/OR Gas products
- Ability and experience of liaising with executive-level stakeholders and Front Office
- Excellent academics- preferably with a quantitative or accounting background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
