The Role
As an Analyst in the Corporate Advisory team, you will work closely with senior executives across Product and Coverage to develop strategic funding and capital markets ideas and solutions for clients, with a focus on:
- Equity capital markets, debt capital markets and acquisition financing origination and execution;
- Provision of capital management and balance sheet optimisation advice;
- Provision of high level ratings and comparable peer analysis;
- Supporting and enhancing the client planning process; and
- Driving increased engagement with clients Senior Management (CEOs/CFOs) and Boards.
Your Profile
With a background as an Analyst in a major investment bank’s MA or Corporate Finance team, you have exceptional valuations and financial modeling skills combined with the ability to build relationships with clients. Clearly you will need the commercial acumen to develop and pitch ideas to an Institutional client base, together with the presentation and influencing skills to build credibility with Senior Executives.
