For our client a specialist Corporate Finance Boutique we are currently looking for an
Analyst Corporate Finance
Munich
The role:
• Observation, analysis and preparation of data in the debt and equity capital markets sector
• Analysis of relevant industry sectors
• Generation of company studies and valuations
• Generation of presentations for clients, information memoranda and management presentations
• Assistance in the execution of equity and debt transactions
• Preparation and execution of marketing and client acquisition projects
The qualifications:
• Practical, relevant experience in a leading investment bank (Corporate Finance, MA, Equity Capital Markets, Venture Capital, Private Equity)
• Distinct analytical and modelling skills
• PC literacy
• Strong communication skills as well as a passion for team spirit
• Excellent language skills: fluent in English and German a must
• Ability to work independently and high level of self- motivation
