We are looking for an Analyst to join our Asian Corporate Finance Group in Singapore. The key function is to provide analytical, statistical and research assistance to Analysts in the Group.
- Supporting the analysts in the rating process, including drafting credit memos, updating company and industry data, preparing spreadsheets, graphs, tables and working on ad hoc special projects
- Reviewing financial statements, performing credit analysis and monitoring of company and industry developments
- Supporting the analysts in writing company and industry reports
- Participating in rating committees
- Attending meetings with issuers from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, MBA preferred
- Strong quantitative aptitude and proven analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Credit experience in a recognized financial institution
- Well developed IT skills including use of Excel and PowerPoint
