Analyst (Costings)

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Cost Assistant to join the purchasing team in Corby.

The product cost role is a vital position within the purchasing/production function; the primary objective being cost all single cards to provide commercial viability information to the wider business.

The main administrative purpose of the role includes all functions necessary to cost our product

This includes costing all briefs received into the department in a timely manner, updating and maintaining control documents to support this process. To provide clear and accurate cost of product information to the wider business with suggestions of improvements where applicable.
The role may involve at times communicating with suppliers, our Asia office and colleagues across the business in relation to internal projects.

During busy times you may be required to assist in other areas of the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and a proven aptitude for numeracy and MS Excel, both of which are key skills required to develop further within the purchasing/production team.
