Working closely with the Head of Debt Advisory, this position will support deal flow and transaction activity across debt structuring, debt raisings, financial restructuring, supporting MA transactions and providing general debt related advice to its corporate clients. Responsibilities include preparing research and reports for client presentations, preparing credit papers, documentation, etc; playing a key role in transaction activities including liaising with external advisors and service providers; applying industry expertise in the creation and review of complex integrated financial models related to specific transactions and advice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics with 1-3 years experience within investment banking or advisory divisions of a tier one firm. You will have developed excellent research and financial modelling skills. With impressive interpersonal and communication skills, you will display initiative and a proactive approach to all aspects of your work and career.
