MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To analyse, develop and support client applications using HP Exstream Dialogue and Streamweaver.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involvement in the analysis and design of new client applications within document composition
Create and maintain technical design documentation
Build and maintain client applications using HP Exstream Dialogue and Streamweaver
Provide estimates for BAU and project work
To build good working relations with internal and external customers.
Support live application errors where appropriate
Out of hours support may be required
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes:
At least 3 years experience of HP Exstream Dialogue.
Knowledge of Streamweaver, COBOL and MVS Mainframe (JCL, TWS, Rexx, Selcopy) desirable.
Strong development skills.
Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and written.
Attention to detail.
Problem solving.
