The Sydney office is now offering an opportunity to a motivated individual to join its Equity capital markets team to work on a broad range of capital raising transactions. You will be part of worldwide network which already has a strong track record of success.
To be a successful applicant you should be able to offer the following:
- A minimum of two years experience in an ECM or MA environment gained with an investment bank or broker.
- A good understanding and some hands on experience of the basic tasks of pitch book creation, financial modelling, book building, valuations.
- A success focused outlook and the ability to look at things from an entreprenurial perspective.
- A strong academic record.
