Job Description Responsibilities The successful candidate will implement the geography level delivery of IA services for NA, with a heavy emphasis on the benefits, tax and remuneration implications of international assignments - Delivering pay to the expatriates in multiple currencies - Ensuring tax filing and tax compliance within the assigned Geography - Preparation of assignment letters and delivering relocation assistance to expatriates within the assigned Geography - Proactively interacting with North America and other Geography GM contacts to ensure the consistent application of policy as well as regulatory and legal compliance within all locations globally - Advising on and resolving issues concerning home and host payroll issues. - Conducting international assignment-related calculations such as assignment cost projections, tax equalization calculations, hypothetical tax calculations, etc. - Interacting with the NA IA Director, conduct/review research on various topics such as regulatory issues, and payroll matters; prepare/review the related communications for management - Update the IA database for NA - Ensuring SOX compliance, best practices and proper controls are in place Requirements - A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources - A minimum of 2-4 years of related experience - Excel and Word proficiencies are musts - Visio and PowerPoint preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as this position will interact directly with Global Mobility constituents around the globe
