Analyst in Private Equity fund recruitment
The Role:
At an Analyst level you will be expected to perform financial modelling and analysis, execute research and due diligence on potential investment targets and competitors. In addition, you will also contribute to the preparation of the investment committee papers.
Your Professional Background:
• Candidates must be from a top-tier investment banks or corporate finance boutique
• Ideally have some experience of working on LBO transactions and/or be educated in the UK
• A deep understanding of Telecom and FMCG industries in the region
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a leading Private Equity fund, Corporate Finance or Strategy consulting company
• Experience of investing for a venture capital or private equity fund is a PLUS
• Master's Degree in Business or Operations (MBA preferred)
• Enthusiasm for fast growing businesses with explosive technologies or services
• Fluent in English and Russian
Base salary is competitive and there is a discretionary bonus.
