MainFirst Corporate Advisory provides specialised independent advisory services to our corporate and private equity clients. Focus areas of our advisory activities are Equity Capital Market transactions, such as IPOs, capital increases and larger block placements as well as specialised MA advisory. Moreover, the Corporate Advisory department works closely together with our Fixed Income department, which advises clients on the structuring and implementation of debt finance and restructurings.
For our Corporate Advisory activities in Frankfurt we are looking for an
Analyst Investment Banking in ECM and MA
Role:
- Involvement in demanding projects in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory and Mergers Acquisitions (MA) advisory in a team with experienced senior professionals
- Support in all phases of client interaction and involvement in transactions with corporates and financial sponsors
- Preparation of client meetings and investment banking pitches, market research, company analysis and valuations
- Support in the day-to-day execution of mandates
Qualifications:
- Outstanding Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Business Administration or in a quantitative academic discipline
- Possibly first working experience in an investment bank, consultancy or financial sponsor, or relevant internships
- Genuine interest in financial markets
- Excellent numerical and analytical as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-confident and outgoing personality, team working capability, high level of own initiative, ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent German and English. An additional command of French would be an advantage
