Analyst Investment Banking – M&A Corporate Finance recruitment
A leading Investment Banking firm with a global footprint and an excellent reputation in the market advising an impressive array of blue chip clients and financial sponsors on complex cross border MA transactions, is currently seeking an Analyst 2 or 3 to join the team in London. The London franchise has a well established and experienced management team providing strong and varied deal flow and ensuring strong execution experience. MA Analysts will work as sector generalists covering areas such as FIG, Industrials, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining, Consumer / Retail and TMT, supporting all aspects of the transaction cycle with excellent client contact from day one.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complete a variety of buy and sell side MA mandates for corporate clients and financial sponsors
- Perform detailed financial modelling and quantitative analysis
- Develop marketing initiatives to be presented to corporates and private equity firms
- Day-to-day project management and coordination of work streams with clients and others advisers
Candidates will be highly numerate, displaying outstanding academics and very strong communication presentation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both senior MDs and senior client management. Candidates will have between 1 and 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, ideally gained within a reputable investment bank, big 4 accounting practice, displaying excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
