Analyst / Investment Controller recruitment
In this exciting position, your role will include:
- Analyzing real estate fund portfolio developments
- Reporting to investors through monthly publications
- Organising and managing various events
- Communicating with clients
- Participating in the development of reporting and administration software tools
- Identifying and monitoring potential investment opportunities
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold the following skills:
- University degree, ideally with a Finance, Business or Legal element
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to indirect Real Estate Investments or Fund of Funds
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience managing projects and dealing with customers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good team player, proactive, reliable and comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility.
