Analyst - MA, Direct Energy, Houston, TX. Mng financial data provide insight to the various drivers of cost. Gather data/info, report, complete analysis explain all acquisition cost rel data along w/ forecasting. Provide analysis recommends on business initiatives, processes, policy tech as rel to the achievement of Cost To Acquire (CTA) levels to meet or exceed financial goals. Propose initiatives changes that will enhance performance to achieve max productivity. Ensure CTA objectives are inherent in all recommend change initiatives. Responsible for financial data mgmt w/in the portfolio of Qual Performance Mgmt (QPM) rel to DER N. America. Monitor specific perform indicators to ensure perform is aligned w/corp targets. Responsible for all accruals. Revu all wkly, mnthly, qrtrly annual budget reporting, incl the LE process. Act as primary liaison first point of contact for the Financial Accounting teams. Resolve acctg issues/concerns. Work w/Agent Compensation team to ensure Master Srvce Agreement (MSA) is applied correctly. Look for opports to recapture costs. Assign invoices per Direct Energy standards. Work w/Sales Mgmt to ensure sales forecasts are accurate, realistic timely. Reqs: Bach deg in Bus Admin, Commerce, Acctg, or a rel discipline 3yrs of exp in financial acctg, incl exp dealing w/outsourced vendors.
