The MA/Corporate Finance Team is looking for an
ANALYST / JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
with one to two years of job experience in mergers acquisitions or corporate finance gained in an international firm or organisation.
Scope of work:
- Assistance to / co-operation with various Sector Heads
- Assistance in searching for / analysing investment targets
- Modelling of business plans, analysis of IRR scenarios / valuations
- Sector-, peer-, and company analysis
- Co-ordination / co-operation with other Raiffeisen group companies
- Travelling throughout the region out of Vienna to cover targets or funds
Requirements:
- Strong interest in/enthusiasm for corporate finance
- University degree (preferably with a focus on finance)
- Relevant job experience in either investment banks, audit firms, or private equity, project finance (Vienna, CEE, London, Frankfurt) or related
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), additional language skills are an advantage (especially German and Eastern European languages)
- Full computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Strong financial, analytical and modelling skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
- Capacity for teamwork
